Terms of Service

28 August 2026

The service

DistribPilot is a website operated by Michael Ferrari. You paste your product URL. We read the public page, write posts, and can publish them to the social accounts you connect.

The service runs at https://distribpilot.com. Creating an account or using the site means you accept these terms.

Your account

You must give a real email and a password. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. No spam and no automated accounts to abuse quotas.

Posting to TikTok and Instagram

If you connect TikTok or Instagram, you authorize us to publish content on those accounts when you ask or on the cadence you chose. You remain responsible for published posts, including rights, claims, and platform rules.

Until the TikTok app is audited, TikTok posts go out private on your account. Instagram publishes to the connected professional account feed.

Payment

A free plan exists. Paid plans are billed through Polar. Prices on the site control. You can cancel in the payment portal. A started month is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Content and limits

Generated copy and visuals are an aid. You review them before publishing. We do not guarantee clicks, platform approval, or distribution in a feed.

We may suspend an account that breaks the service, breaks the law, or uses DistribPilot to harass, deceive, or publish banned content.

Liability and closing an account

To the extent French law allows, DistribPilot is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, or a decision by a social platform.

You can delete your account by writing to ferrari.michael@gmail.com. We may also close an account after reasonable notice, or immediately in case of abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent French courts, without taking away a consumer's mandatory rights in their country of residence.

We may update this page. The date at the top controls. A material change will be emailed if you have an account.
